Anyway . . . so I'm not sure what I've said about the summer so far . . . but this is what has happened . . .
I graduated . . . I said that already . . . I remember that.
I went to Maine in May. It was beautiful—and cold—for me at least.
Don't let the shorts fool you . . . I was FREEZING—hence the jacket.
Side note . . . this blog is mainly for me . . . so I remember my summers.
Anyway . . . After Maine I went home and moved out of my parent's house. Meaning I packed up all my earthly belongings (or most of them) and put them in my parents storage so I'd be ready to move at the end of the summer to wherever I ended up getting a job.
After that was over I drove to Massachusetts to work at camp.
However . . . camp proved to be a challenging situation for me for various reasons . . . nothing really wrong with camp . . . except that I just didn't belong there. Sooooo . . . I went back to Maine for a week because it was just so darn beautiful and peaceful up there. lol. From that most northern point on the eastern side of the U.S. I figured out my next move.
ADRA!!! So then I took a leap of faith for me and moved to Maryland for the rest of the summer for an internship at ADRA. And that's where I still am . . . in fact I just got here and am still in my first week on the job. I'm loving it so far.
In other news . . . this is the transition my hair has taken over the course of the summer.
And that's it for now . . . peace.
